The App provides school management features and communication tools, including integration with the WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver educational notifications such as:

  • Attendance alerts

  • Homework updates

  • Timetable changes

  • Fee reminders

  • Exam notifications

  • Emergency messages

  • Parent–teacher communication

The App does not access or read your personal WhatsApp messages.

3. WhatsApp Cloud API Usage

The App uses the WhatsApp Cloud API to send:

  • Official WhatsApp message templates

  • Automated school notifications

  • Customer support and school-related communication

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may process message metadata as per its own policies.

  • You must comply with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Business Policy.

  • You may stop receiving WhatsApp messages anytime by blocking the school’s WhatsApp number or adjusting settings in WhatsApp.

The App does not send spam, promotional content, or unauthorized messages.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or abuse the App or WhatsApp messaging features

  • Attempt to access data for which you are not authorized

  • Submit false information about your identity or student data

  • Interfere with the App’s performance or security

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without permission

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Account & Access

Depending on your role (parent, student, teacher, admin), you may be required to create an account or be assigned login credentials.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your credentials secure

  • Reporting unauthorized access immediately

  • Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for damage caused by lost or stolen accounts.

6. Data Use & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

  • What data do we collect

  • How we use it

  • How WhatsApp Cloud API interacts with your information

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

7. School Responsibility

In a school environment:

  • The school manages user accounts and student data

  • The school determines which notifications are sent

  • The school is responsible for the accuracy of the data it provides

  • The App acts as a communication and management tool on behalf of the school

We are not responsible for incorrect or outdated school-provided information.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • We may perform maintenance or updates

  • Technical issues beyond our control (WhatsApp outages, network failures, etc.) may cause delays

We are not liable for any harm caused by service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party services

  • We do not guarantee message delivery times, as WhatsApp controls the delivery infrastructure
